Capital One Shopping is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to guide strategic analytics, leadership, and product pricing across lending products and marketing initiatives. Remote-Eligible role in the United States with cross-functional collaboration across IT, Sales, Operations and Finance.

You will develop business strategies, mentor analysts, build risk models, drive direct-to-consumer marketing, and ensure execution of the product strategy while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional analytical experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or higher expected by start date.
• Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration expected by start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage.
• Lead 1-2 analysts; coach and mentor associates.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies; lead product-level analytics.
