Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience performing analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required or MBA with quantitative concentration
• Master’s degree preferred; 5+ years in analysis and 2+ years in financial services

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Leadership: May manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coach and mentor associates.
• Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product level modeling/analytics.
• Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts; build insights for new customer experiences.
• Credit Risk: Improve credit performance; build and test risk models and hypotheses.
• Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent; oversee multiple projects.
• Partnership: Work with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others for improvement.
• Strategic & analytic orientation: Strong quantitative orientation and decision making based on analytics.
• People leadership: Build and leverage a high-performing team and drive results.
• Executive communication: Impeccable written and oral communication; influence and negotiate effectively.
