Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic leadership: develop growth, profitability and competitive strategies.
• Own a business segment; plan strategically 1–6 months ahead.
• Lead and mentor analysts; develop talent across the organization.
• Develop and price strategies for lending products and model analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing insights for new experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by modeling and testing hypotheses.
• Coordinate delivery of business requirements and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and data-driven decision making.
• Deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
