Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed or equivalent.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration or MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Responsabilités

• Strategic leadership to develop business strategies for growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead and potentially develop 1-2 analysts including coaching and mentorship.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies; lead product-level modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by modeling drivers of future trends and testing hypotheses.
• Manage multiple projects and programs; translate business intent into requirements.
• Collaborate across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and clear results orientation.
• Leverage analytics to support decision making in a fast-paced environment.
