University of Virginia ITS seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to steward the Student Financials and Financial Aid modules in PeopleSoft. You will help define roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate with stakeholders across schools and central offices to improve services for applicants, students, and staff.

You will analyze processes, implement solutions, train users, and ensure secure, efficient SIS operations while collaborating with vendors and ITS colleagues.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant PeopleSoft Student Financials and Financial Aid experience.
• Excellent project management, team-building, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to independently assess business processes and troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsabilités

• Assess, prioritize, analyze, and redesign existing business processes; develop and test solutions; troubleshoot complex issues; and provide training on new technologies.
• Support SIS security, efficiency, and full functionality for applicants, students, instructors, advisors, and staff.
• Translate business needs into functional specs; design solutions; research, test, and debug system modifications; develop test plans.
