You will coordinate cross‑functional work, facilitate discovery sessions, and mentor junior analysts to ensure quality outcomes. This role emphasizes collaboration and data‑driven decision making in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus seven years in development, implementation, and systems integration.
• Certification in IIBA or Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains project plans with milestones and reports progress.
• Liaises between customers and development teams during initial project phase.
• Gathers documents and analyzes application requirements for design.
• Facilitates meetings with internal experts and external partners/vendors.
• Produces technical specs, process models, and data mappings for new or modified products.
• Mentors analyst team members to ensure quality standards.
