Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5 years of experience in development, implementation, systems integration or equivalent.
• IIBA certification or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications.
• Analyze all business implications of the application of technology and serve as liaison between customers and development teams.
• Gather, document, and analyze application requirements and participate in functional design to meet business needs.
• Facilitate meetings with internal SMEs and external partners/vendors.
• Create detailed technical specifications, process models, data mappings and data models for new or modified products.
