Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the related field, or 7+ years without a degree.
- Knowledge of healthcare/health insurance environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical knowledge and support for system/application issues.
- Analyze, design, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Coordinate IT collaboration on issue resolution, testing, and upgrades.
- Lead large projects as Business Lead/Coordinator when needed.
- Facilitate testing strategy and train others on testing protocols.
