Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders and technology teams, translate business needs into technology solutions, and support transformation initiatives. You will gather requirements, design future-state processes, and drive continuous improvements across functions.

The role requires 3–7+ years in business analysis, strong documentation skills, and experience with Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile project environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or similar tools.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and business cases.
• Partner with IT, project managers, developers, and business leaders to deliver solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Analyze business data and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Prepare executive presentations and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous process improvement and change management.
