Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders and IT teams to analyze processes and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions. You will gather requirements, map future states, and support business transformation initiatives.

You will lead workshops, create BRDs, functional specs, and business cases, and collaborate across IT, PMs, and business leaders to deliver solutions including data analysis and UAT support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile project environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or similar tools.

Minimum Requirements

Benefits and Compensation

The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $85,000 and $110,000. The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
