Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Business Analyst in New Jersey to partner with stakeholders and IT to analyze processes, capture requirements, and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions. You will design future-state processes, support UAT, and drive change across projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in business analysis, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Visio, plus experience in Agile environments. United States work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile project environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and business cases.
• Partner with IT, project managers, developers, and business leaders to deliver solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation.
• Analyze business data and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Prepare executive presentations and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous process improvement and change management.
