Job summary

ASM Research seeks a skilled Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with stakeholders on IT development projects. You will document analyses, prioritize work, and support change management while ensuring alignment with client goals.

Responsibilities include working with clients to identify needs, analyzing data trends, and participating in testing to guarantee system performance and user acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• 3 years of experience on IT development contract.
• Experience in a business analyst or requirements analyst role.
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as RTC or JIRA.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, PO/PM is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
• Assist in modifying procedures to solve technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
• Control change and communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making and system optimization.
• Participate in system testing phases to ensure functionality, performance, and user acceptance.
• Assist with the design and development of system solutions, including system architecture, workflows, data models, and user interfaces, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
