Job summary

State of Maine Judicial Branch in Augusta seeks a Business Analyst II to provide end-user support for assigned applications and oversee customer support issues, ensuring timely resolution and process improvement. The BA II will participate in requirements gathering and system testing and support the Senior Technology Business Analyst as needed.

The role supports the Case Management Systems, coordinates with OIT staff, and may require statewide travel and non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited university; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in business analysis and technical support is required.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of court operations and case management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of application issues and support.
• Perform QA testing of Judicial Branch applications.
• Serve as liaison between Judicial Branch and OIT staff.
• Assist in requirements gathering and change management for statewide technology rollouts.
• Coordinate training program development and delivery with Senior Technology Business Analyst.
