Job summary

The Business Analyst II at the State of Maine Judicial Branch supports end-user applications, oversees issue resolution, participates in requirements gathering and system testing, and assists the Senior Technology Business Analyst. This role directly supports the Case Management Systems and requires statewide travel and non-standard hours.

In addition, the incumbent develops training plans and materials, delivers training sessions, and provides administrative support to OIT staff and Court

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited university; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in business analysis and technical support required.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs required or preferred.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and other office tools.
• Knowledge of court manuals, forms, and operations; familiarity with court rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of applications issues.
• Resolve all assigned application support issues per priority timeframes.
• Perform quality assurance testing of Judicial Branch applications.
• Serve as liaison between Judicial Branch personnel and OIT.
• Assist in change management strategies and requirements gathering.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and materials.
• Coordinate statewide technology rollouts and project support.
• Support the Senior Technology Business Analyst as needed.
