Job summary

The Maine Judicial Branch is seeking a Business Analyst II to support case management systems and provide direct end-user training and assistance. You will help gather requirements, assist with testing, and act as a liaison with the Office of Information Technology.

Travel statewide and occasional non-standard hours may be required. The role emphasizes process improvement and strong customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and technical support is required.
• Knowledge of training program development and delivery is preferred.
• Familiarity with court manuals, forms, and case management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for assigned applications and oversee issues.
• Participate in requirements gathering and system testing processes.
• Support training design and delivery for technology trainings.
• Liaise between Judicial Branch personnel and OIT to resolve issues.
• Assist with change impact analysis and documentation of business rules.
