Maximus seeks a Business Analyst to support large child welfare system modernization programs. You will translate policies and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, document processes, and shape project deliverables while aligning with federal/state rules.

You will work with client leadership, program staff, vendors, and PMO resources to ensure traceability, readiness, and effective solutions in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Four years of current, relevant business analysis experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements and documenting specs.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CCWIS and federal/state requirements preferred.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with data conversion and reporting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.
• Analyze complex data and identify patterns.
• Coordinate with technical staff to translate requirements.
• Create system functional specifications from business requirements.
• Prepare client-ready documentation and status updates.
• Support QA, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain traceability between objectives and deliverables.
• Engage with client managers and stakeholders.
