• Log new bid requests and organize files to meet deadlines.
• Place official orders with factories using accurate specs.
• Request special discounts from OEMs based on specific bid requirements.
• Share draft quotes with the sales team for feedback.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency in MS Office

Experience with TOPS

Ability to work under pressure

Independence in completing assignments

Education
