Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in the Medium/Heavy Duty truck or automotive industry preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs to technicians based on workload and location.
• Prepare, update, and dispatch daily work orders.
• Gather and maintain work orders and documentation.
• Ensure job completion and invoice customers when completed.
• Document warranty claims and track warranty parts.
• Coordinate with Parts Dept and Service Technicians to ensure necessary items are on hand.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to staff and customers.
