Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in spirits/beverage industry with bulk sales or supply chain focus.
• Experience in bourbon industry beneficial.
• Operations experience in distillation and bulk sales.
• Proven leadership to coach teams handling procurement and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive bulk whiskey sales strategy.
• Identify and target bulk customers including distillers, brand owners, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, quotes, contracts, and fulfillment.
• Set pricing strategies and negotiate high-value contracts to optimize profitability.
• Oversee barrel procurement strategy and supplier relationships.
• Manage barrel sales programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
