Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in spirits/beverage industry with bulk sales or supply chain focus.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and strategic thinking for global markets.
• Experience in distillation, bulk sales, procurement and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive bulk whiskey sales strategy.
• Identify bulk customers and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracts.
• Oversee barrel procurement and supplier relationships to align with production needs.
• Manage barrel sales programs, pricing, contracts and deliveries.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and represent the company at events.
