Job summary

AssetGuard seeks a Business Development leader for the Dallas–Fort Worth market to grow its polyurea waterproofing solutions in the building envelope sector. You will drive specification-based sales with architects, engineers, and owners, while coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure credible technical proposals and profitable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction, waterproofing, building envelope, or related technical building-products markets.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Experience selling to architects, engineers, owners, developers, and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DFW building-envelope business development strategy for polyurea waterproofing solutions.
• Build relationships with architects, engineers, envelope consultants, and project decision-makers to influence specifications.
• Drive specification wins, mock-ups, and bid opportunities to expand market presence in DFW.
