Job summary

Yeshiva University seeks a strategic, collaborative, and analytically driven Director of Budget and Planning to lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance & Administration, this role supports institutional decision-making, resource allocation, and long-range financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of relevant accounting, financial, budget, and/or systems experience.
• Excellent accounting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee annual operating and capital budgets.
• Lead forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Manage systems and processes for budget development and control.
• Coordinate with Provost Office, Enrollment Services, and Deans' Offices.
• Provide financial guidance and strategic analysis to leaders.
