Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven to ten years of accounting, financial, budgeting, or systems experience.
• Excellent accounting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the annual operating budget and related revenue projections.
• Oversee financial systems operations, budgeting databases, reports, and forecasting.
• Manage position control, labor distributions, budget transfers, and cost analyses.
• Develop monthly revenue/expense forecasts and perform variance analyses and MD&A.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial guidance and strategic analysis.
