Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in budget development, financial planning, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Supervisory experience with ability to lead and develop staff while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to present complex financial info to diverse audiences.
• Experience with ERP implementations and financial system integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Budget Office staff to ensure adherence to financial plans and budgetary guidelines.
• Lead development, administration, and monitoring of the College's annual operating budget.
• Oversee personnel transactions for budget development, salary forecasting, vacancy management, and related activities.
• Prepare financial forecasts, multi-year projections, scenario analyses, and variance reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and budget reporting templates.
• Compile financial information from multiple funding sources and prepare All Funds budget and analyses.
• Oversee monthly financial statements, budget reports, and executive analyses for leadership and reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, HR, and other offices to ensure accurate reporting and coordination.
