Job summary

The State of Nevada, Division of Public and Behavioral Health, Bureau of Behavioral Health Wellness and Prevention, is seeking a Management Analyst 2 in Carson City to support the Crisis Response System.

The role will handle budget development, financial analysis, grant administration, and contract oversight while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, with opportunities to contribute to policy and program improvements.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of applicable experience as described in the job duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with budget development and monitoring.
• Experience with legislative analysis and contracts review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct budget development and monitoring for the Crisis Response System.
• Perform financial analysis and grant administration.
• Prepare and monitor federal grant applications and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Review contracts and manage contracting processes.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff as appropriate.
• Conduct research and analysis of management and administrative areas.
