Job summary

The role requires leading a team of analysts, maintaining SOPs, and partnering with senior executives on special projects while advancing financial planning for several departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Five (5) years progressively responsible budgeting/finance experience with a professional staff.
• Experience developing major operating budgets involving multiple departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and budgeting software; Cognos experience.
• Ability to write clearly and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, analysis, financial planning and accounting for multiple departments.
• Maintain Communications budget system and SOPs, and review processes for efficiency.
• Manage Cognos applications and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead a team of business analysts in budget/financial analysis.
• Provide training and support for departments; assist EVP & CCO on special projects.
