Job summary

Stellar Services is seeking an experienced finance professional to support the development and management of the annual operating program budget from our NYC headquarters. The role focuses on maintaining financials for payments, accruals, and expenditures, and preparing monthly reports aligned with capital accounting inputs.

Key duties include project analysis, monthly invoice tracking, and coordination with Project Managers for status updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in the development and management of the annual operating program budget.
• Responsible for maintaining financials on payments, accruals, and expenditures.
• Prepare monthly payment, accruals, and expenditures report and reconcile it with reports from capital accounting team.
• Conduct research and perform analysis on the operating program projects.
• Perform monthly invoice and accrual tracking.
• Prepare monthly Project Status Report and coordinate with Project Managers to have the latest update on the report.
• Assist in preparation of Adopted Budget, Mid-Year Update, and Final Forecast.
• Process recurring consultant payments for assigned projects.
• Maintain and input information into the records of management database.
• Assist in other reporting and analysis tasks as needed.
