Bloomingdale’s, a premier fashion retailer in New York, seeks a Financial Analyst Specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will draw insights from internal accounting data and communicate findings to key stakeholders.

You will analyze expenses to identify cost savings, help develop annual and seasonal plans, monitor KPIs, and complete month-end forecasts. The role requires strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, strategic, and technical thinking.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule as required by department needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze expense structure to identify cost saving opportunities.
• Provide year-round analyses to drive sales and profit.
• Collaborate on annual/seasonal plans and budgets.
• Communicate key initiatives and measure KPI impact.
• Complete monthly forecast and close for assigned cost centers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
