Opportunity Home in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an accounting professional to perform professional-level accounting work, including analysis and reporting of the organization’s finances and the recording, classification, and research of financial transactions.

The role covers General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Budget/Payroll duties, with responsibility for journal entries, month-end closings, and preparing reports for leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.
• Experience using cloud apps such as Google G Suite and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare adjusting journal entries and review general ledger balances.
• Reconcile accounts, post transactions, and support monthly closings.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and vendor relations.
• Assist with the organization's budget process and payroll reporting.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and board stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
