Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in accounting or business administration.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a progressively responsible financial and management accounting position.
• Minimum 5 years as a Controller in a manufacturing company.
• Extensive knowledge of business and finance principles and practices.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Travel up to 25% within the U.S. and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Establish and advise on major economic objectives and policies for the global business unit.
• Prepare and present reports forecasting income, expenses, and earnings.
• Lead budgets and strategic forecasts to guide performance.
• Oversee internal controls and audits to safeguard financial integrity.
• Build financial business cases for ROI and capital equipment investments.
• Ensure IT strategies align with corporate growth plans.
• Maintain accounting policies, systems, and procedures for optimal reporting.
• Manage monthly close processes and deliver timely results for all sites.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and analyze P&L and balance sheets.
• Track KPIs to support cost reduction and profitability decisions.
• Ensure cash flow and collections are healthy.
• Develop staff through coaching and training for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
