Wisconsin Converting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations at our Green Bay manufacturing facility.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and provide meaningful insights to support strategic decisions with close collaboration with the President. You will oversee cost accounting for manufacturing, supervise accounting staff, and drive process improvements through AI, automation, and Epicor ERP across AP, AR, GL, payroll, and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and internal controls.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to use AI/automation to improve accounting processes.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements; manage month-end and year-end closes.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory valuation and variances.
• Lead improvements through AI, automation, and Epicor ERP to streamline processes.
• Supervise AP/AR/GL and intercompany transactions.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management.
