ARI (Axcel Recruiting Inc.) is seeking a Brand Manager to partner with the Marketing Director in shaping business strategies and executing comprehensive marketing plans. You will manage brand positioning and equity across a portfolio, lead cross-functional teams, and drive sales and ROI while guiding consumer insights and program development.

The role requires ~10% travel and involves collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, and external agencies to deliver marketing programs and shopper

Competenze

• Proven working experience as brand manager or senior associate brand manager.
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
• Preferred experience in consumer promotions, package design and new product projects.
• Preferred understanding of US retail food trade classes through cross-functional relationships.
