CG Life seeks a Senior Director of Brand Strategy to shape breakthrough pharma campaigns. You translate complex science into human stories and drive strategic direction across brands, P&L, and client outcomes.

You'll lead workshops, partner with cross-functional teams, and craft compelling narratives that move HCPs and patients, while guiding growth and new business opportunities within a leading life sciences agency.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of strategic planning or brand strategy experience in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare.
• Translate science into strategic frameworks for creative teams.
• Experience leading client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to new business development and pitches.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
