Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management in construction/industrial services.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction, roofing, or industrial operations.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day branch operations, including production, scheduling, staffing, and client services.
• Manage costs and budgets, review KPIs and financial reports.
• Lead and develop branch personnel with focus on safety and performance.
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
