Job summary

Logixs Search is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow its Dallas-area transportation operation. This hands-on leadership role includes responsibility for P&L, operations, sales growth, customer relationships, carrier management, and team development.

As a senior leader, you will drive day-to-day branch performance, own profitability, and build strong customer and carrier networks while ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, 3PL, freight brokerage, or logistics.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven P&L and financial management experience.
• Strong background in business development and customer management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and freight markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
