Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the North, Division, and Clark Branches in Illinois. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member and employee experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence across locations.

You will coach teams, manage performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Lending to support growth while upholding the credit union’s brand and community commitment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities managing multiple locations.
• Strong focus on member experience and hospitality in service delivery.
• Experience in risk, compliance, and staff development within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams to meet KPIs and sales goals.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance reviews across branches.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls across all locations.
• Collaborate with Lending to support member financing needs.
• Maintain branch appearance, security, and brand standards.
