Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience required (formal or informal).
• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays and travel to multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales goals and branch promotions aligned with strategic direction.
• Coach staff with feedback and timely performance reviews, and support merit/promotion decisions.
• Lead onboarding and hiring to ensure smooth team integration.
• Maintain staffing levels and optimize scheduling across branches.
• Oversee audits and compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Represent MSUFCU at community events and initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, professional branch environment and uphold brand standards.
