Qualifications

• Five to seven years of related banking experience (preferably in a branch).
• Related experience in Branch Management, Consumer/Commercial Lending, Sales and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage outside calling program to generate new business and grow existing relationships.
• Balance time between in-branch activities and outside business development.
• Identify opportunities and match customers with suitable products and services.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve sales and service skills.
• Manage staff sales activities to support branch goals.
