Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Business Process Engineer in the DHA Solution Delivery Division to analyze, design, and optimize government business processes for efficiency and effectiveness across programs.

You will coordinate across organizations to refine requirements, develop process maps and SOPs, support risk tracking and scheduling, ensure policy compliance, and deliver measurable improvements while collaborating with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a BS/BA, or 16+ years with a high school diploma.
• DoD security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or ability to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of business process engineering methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to assess program management planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Analyze and decompose requirements to align with program goals.
• Refine and manage requirements with traceability across needs, epics, and user stories.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and documentation for improvement initiatives.
• Own and monitor the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and track progress.
