Job summary

Peraton is hiring a Development Support Process Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD to support a large enterprise contract and PMO overseeing agile software development. You will help plan and execute systems engineering and agile development processes within a multi-organizational environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in process improvement, as well as strong communication and mentoring skills; active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in process improvement on large programs/contracts.
• Experience planning and executing agile development projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to plan and execute systems engineering and agile development processes.
• Support PMO overseeing a large multi-organizational agile software development project.
• Engage in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation.
