Job summary

Peraton in the United States is seeking a Business Process Engineer to analyze, design, and optimize government-centric processes within the DHA Solution Delivery Division. You will coordinate across programs to promote coordination, identify improvements, and reduce integration risk.

Responsibilities include refining requirements, developing SOPs, creating process maps, maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule, and delivering status reports.

Qualifications

• 12+ years with BS/BA or 16 years with a high school diploma.
• DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of business process engineering methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Travel as needed to support conferences and/or as requested by Government client.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to assess program management planning, execution, and reporting processes for projects.
• Analyze and decompose requirements documentation to support decision-making and program goals.
• Review requirements to develop complete software requirements specifications and ensure traceability across artifacts.
• Conduct requirements refinement with traceability across business needs, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, conflicting, or ambiguous requirements and perform impact analysis.
• Plan and track requirements engineering activities through an integrated project schedule.
• Provide guidance to the requirements team and develop epics and business rules.
• Review and update requirements artifacts as directed by the Government.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive reviews across organizations.
• Develop new processes and ensure they are reliable and repeatable.
• Document and improve processes and create SOPs.
