Feeding America network affiliate San Antonio Food Bank seeks a Director of Board Relations & Engagement to coordinate governance operations and support to the board and regional advisory bodies. You will manage meeting logistics, materials, and minutes, while ensuring confidentiality and professional engagement with senior leaders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end event production for meetings and retreats, onboarding and records management, and supporting board-led fundraising efforts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years governance, board liaison, or senior executive support in non-profit or corporate work.
• Experience drafting executive-level correspondence and presentations.
• Ability to partner across departments to turn program benchmarks into governance records.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end board operations, meetings, and minutes.
• Coordinate onboarding, materials, and records for board and advisory members.
• Lead event production for board meetings, retreats, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare donor correspondence and recognition materials for board members.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive executive requests.
