Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years governance/non-profit support experience.
• Proven ability to draft executive correspondence/presentations.
• Experience turning department data into governance records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance operations for the Board and regional advisory boards.
• Own end-to-end event production for board meetings, sessions, and retreats.
• Prepare and distribute board packets, decks, reports, and agendas.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute approved minutes.
