Job summary

Airgas, a leading U.S. supplier, seeks a Business Development Analyst in Houston to bridge Business Development, Finance, and IT. The role supports project development, ensures financial compliance, and enhances reporting. It offers a clear growth path toward a future Business Development Manager role.

Responsibilities include coordinating CPR/RIC processes, analyzing costs, and maintaining KPIs while leveraging Power BI and emerging AI tools to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Graduate degree (MBA or relevant Master’s) is a plus.
• 3 years of proven professional experience in financial controlling, sales, marketing, data analysis, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Project Development & Strategy Support: interface for CPR and RIC processes and support BD teams across project lifecycle.
• Financial Tracking & KPI Management: track P&L and analyze project costs, maintain KPIs and metrics.
• Data & Technology Optimization: co-manage Power BI dashboards and explore AI tools to improve workflows.
