Job summary

Airgas Merchant Gas in Houston, TX is seeking a Business Development Analyst to bridge Business Development, Finance and IT, support project development, ensure financial compliance and enhance data reporting. This role offers a growth path toward a future Business Development Manager position.

Key duties include supporting CPR/RIC processes, partnering with Investment Control and Product Management, drafting strategic papers, tracking P&L, maintaining KPIs, and managing Power BI dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Graduate degree (MBA or relevant Master's) is a plus.
• 3 years of proven professional experience in financial controlling, sales, marketing, data analysis, or related function.
• Experience navigating complex governance (CPR/RIC).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Interface with CPR and RIC processes as the primary liaison.
• Support Investment Control and Product Management across the project lifecycle.
• Draft strategic papers, analytical models, and presentations for NA initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance to track P&L and monitor costs.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and explore AI/IT tools to optimize workflows.
