You will work across multiple ventures, collaborating with legal on cap tables and milestone triggers, and developing financial architectures for investor materials and partnerships.

Qualifications

• CFO or deal-lead with biotech industry experience.
• Proven track record negotiating licensing or M&A with pharma/biotech.
• Experience structuring licensing economics and venture spinouts.

Responsabilités

• Licensing Strategy: Lead or advise on negotiation of IP licensing deals, including partnerships with large biopharma.
• Venture Structuring: Design cap tables, milestone triggers, and founder equity aligned with the venture studio thesis.
• Financial Modeling: Build or audit models mapping cash requirements, valuation trajectories, and licensing economics.
• Investor Readiness: Prepare diligence materials focusing on financial architecture and deal structure.
