Charles River CFO, Inc. is actively seeking seasoned CFO leaders with biotech or life sciences expertise for client engagements nationwide. Assignments may be part-time, full-time, remote, hybrid, interim, or temp-to-perm, reflecting client needs and candidate preferences.

As a trusted fractional and outsourced financial leader, you will oversee financial operations, build key relationships, and deliver strategic insights, regulatory compliance, and high-quality reporting to complex stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a similar field.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• SEC Reporting, IPO, and SPAC experience highly desirable.
• Progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and solve problems.
