Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in biopharmaceutical or cell and gene therapy supply chain.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with concise communication to clients.
• Knowledge of GMP, compliance, and pharmaceutical/biotech processes.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts and MS Office proficiency.
• Autonomous and able to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead material planning and inventory management across a multi-product facility for multiple client programs.
• Develop and maintain inventory strategies balancing demand, lead times, safety stock, and shelf life.
• Evaluate material requirements and establish safety stock levels and reorder points.
• Manage purchases aligned with forecasts to support multiple manufacturing programs.
• Generate and maintain client-facing MRP reports and escalate risks to management.
