Job summary

RoslinCT is seeking a Program Manager to oversee both internal and client-facing projects from initiation through execution. The role requires strategic leadership, rigorous project governance, and a focus on delivering value to clients and patients.

You will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes in a GMP biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology related degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of upper management experience.
• 5+ years of direct client facing project/program management experience.
• 7+ years working in Biopharma industry in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple related complex, high-visibility projects, internal and client facing.
• Lead project and program timeline, scope, budget, risks, and team to successful completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage change orders when applicable.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain a proactive communication style with clients and internal teams.
