Job summary

RoslinCT in Hopkinton, MA seeks an IT Scientific Systems Specialist to provide daily technology services for GMP laboratories and manufacturing, via on-premise and remote support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project and operational goals, ensuring robust equipment lifecycle management.

The role requires a BS in IT/CS/Engineering, strong hardware/networking knowledge, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, networking and peripherals.
• Ability to use technical documentation and diagnostic tools to solve hardware/software problems.
• Demonstrated understanding of ITS project management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update equipment specifications and procedures as necessary.
• Coordinate with Vendors to establish requirements, manage installations and lifecycle deliverables.
• Execute validation protocols as required.
• Support equipment onboarding, setup, and administration throughout the lifecycle.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals.
• Manage project deliverables to completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
